剪切波弹性成像对有氧慢跑运动前后下肢肌肉及跟腱硬度的研究

【摘要】:目的:本研究旨在通过使用剪切波弹性成像(SWE)技术量化评价有氧慢跑运动前后下肢肌肉和跟腱硬度的变化,并检测静态拉伸对有氧慢跑运动后下肢肌肉及跟腱的硬度影响。方法:本研究共纳入50例健康志愿者,随机分为2组:拉伸组及休息组。执行本研究有氧慢跑运动方案,在运动前、运动后即刻、运动后10分钟以及运动后20分钟后共4个时间点分别测量2组志愿者下肢目标肌肉及跟腱的杨氏模量值。比较有氧慢跑运动前、后下肢目标肌肉及跟腱杨氏模量值的差异,比较2组志愿者间下肢目标肌肉及跟腱杨氏模量值的差异。结果:1.拉伸组下肢肌肉杨氏模量值平均值,与原地有氧慢跑运动前比较,运动后即刻、10分钟后及20分钟后杨氏模量值较运动前增加(其中10分钟后、20分钟后与慢跑前比差异有统计学意义,P0.05;慢跑后即刻与慢跑前比差异无统计学意义,P0.05);慢跑后20分钟杨氏模量测值平均值较慢跑后即刻增加,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。2.拉伸组跟腱杨氏模量测值平均值,与原地有氧慢跑运动前比较,运动后即刻及10分钟后杨氏模量测值较运动前增加(其中慢跑后即刻与慢跑前比差异有统计学意义,P0.05;10分钟后与慢跑前比差异没有统计学意义,P0.05),慢跑后20分钟跟腱杨氏模量测值平均值小于运动前,差异无统计学意义,(P0.05);慢跑后10分钟、20分钟杨氏模量测值平均值小于慢跑后即刻,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。3.休息组肌肉杨氏模量测值平均值,与原地有氧慢跑运动前比较,运动后即刻、10分钟后及20分钟后下肢肌肉杨氏模量测值平均值较运动前增加,差异有统计学意义,(P0.05);慢跑后即刻、10分钟后、20分钟两两比较差异无统计学意义,(P0.05)。4.休息组跟腱杨氏模量测值平均值,与原地有氧慢跑运动前比较,运动后即刻、10分钟后及20分钟后跟腱杨氏模量测值平均值较运动前增加(其中慢跑后即刻与慢跑前比差异有统计学意义,P0.05;10分钟后、20分钟后与慢跑前比差异没有统计学意义,P0.05;);慢跑后10分钟、20分钟杨氏模量测值平均值小于慢跑后即刻,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。5.拉伸组与休息组之间目标下肢肌肉及跟腱的杨氏模量测值差异无统计学意义。结论:1.原地有氧慢跑运动后即刻、10分钟后及20分钟后下肢肌肉杨氏模量测值均较慢跑前增加。2.原地有氧慢跑运动后即刻跟腱跖屈位杨氏模量测值较慢跑前增加,运动后10分钟、20分钟均恢复至慢跑前水平。3.拉伸组与休息组之间目标下肢肌肉及跟腱的杨氏模量值差异无统计学意义。
[Abstract]:Objective: to quantitatively evaluate the hardness of lower extremity muscle and Achilles tendon before and after aerobic jogging by using shear wave elastic imaging (SWE) technique, and to detect the effect of static stretching on the hardness of lower extremity muscle and Achilles tendon after aerobic jogging. Methods: 50 healthy volunteers were randomly divided into two groups: stretch group and rest group. Four time points of aerobic jogging were performed before exercise, immediately after exercise, 10 minutes after exercise and 20 minutes after exercise. The Young's modulus of lower extremity target muscle and Achilles tendon were measured in two groups of volunteers. To compare the difference of Young's modulus of target muscle and Achilles tendon before aerobic jogging and the difference of Young's modulus of lower extremity muscle and Achilles tendon between two groups of volunteers. The result is 1: 1. The average value of Young's modulus of lower extremity muscle in stretching group was compared with that before aerobic jogging in situ. The value of Young's modulus after 10 minutes and 20 minutes after exercise was higher than that before exercise (there was significant difference between 10 minutes after 20 minutes and before jogging (P0.05); there was no significant difference between immediately after jogging and before jogging (P 0.05); slow after jogging (P 0.05); after jogging immediately after jogging (P 0.05); after jogging (P 0.05). The average value of Young's modulus 20 minutes after running was higher than that immediately after jogging. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The average value of Young's modulus of Achilles tendon in stretching group was compared with that before aerobic jogging in situ. The measured values of Young's modulus immediately after exercise and 10 minutes after exercise were higher than those before exercise (there was significant difference between immediately after jogging and before jogging. There was no significant difference between immediately after jogging and before jogging, and 20 minutes after jogging, there was no significant difference in Achilles tendon. The average value of Young's modulus is smaller than that before exercise. The average value of Young's modulus at 10 minutes and 20 minutes after jogging was lower than that immediately after jogging, and the difference was statistically significant. The average value of Young's modulus in rest group was higher than that before aerobic jogging immediately after exercise for 10 minutes and 20 minutes after exercise. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups immediately after jogging for 10 minutes and 20 minutes after jogging. The average value of Young's modulus of Achilles tendon in rest group was compared with that before in-situ aerobic jogging. The average value of Young's modulus of Achilles tendon immediately 10 minutes after exercise and 20 minutes after exercise was higher than that before exercise (there was significant difference between immediately after jogging and before jogging (P 0.05). There was no significant difference between 20 minutes after jogging and 20 minutes before jogging. The average value of Young's modulus at 10 minutes and 20 minutes after jogging was lower than that immediately after jogging. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in Young's modulus between the stretching group and rest group. Conclusion 1. In situ aerobic jogging immediately after 10 minutes and 20 minutes after the lower extremity muscle Young's modulus values were higher than before jogging. The value of Young's modulus in plantar flexion of Achilles tendon immediately after in-situ aerobic jogging was higher than that before jogging, and it recovered to the pre-jogging level at 10 minutes and 20 minutes after exercise. There was no significant difference in Young's modulus between the stretching group and rest group.
