【摘要】：正四方格跨步试验(four square step test,FSST)是一种定量评定快速改变方向及跨越障碍物时的动态站立平衡能力的方法。由Dite和Temple在Medell等的快速跨步试验(rapid step test,RST)~([1])的基础上加以改进而形成,于2002年首次报道,最初用于识别和预测老年人的跌倒风险~([2])。近年来,FSST已被广泛应用于神经疾病及骨骼肌肉疾病领域,尤以脑卒中、帕金森、多发性硬化、亨廷顿病、前庭功能障碍、
[Abstract]:Four square step test (FSST) is a quantitative method for evaluating the dynamic standing balance ability of fast changing direction and crossing obstacles. Developed by Dite and Temple on the basis of rapid step test ([1]) of Medell et al., it was first reported in 2002. It was initially used to identify and predict the fall risk in the elderly ([2]). In recent years, FSST has been widely used in neuropathy and skeletal and muscle diseases, especially stroke, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, Huntington's disease, vestibular dysfunction.
