十堰市非医学专业大学生急救认知和培训需求调查

【摘要】：目的了解十堰市非医学专业大学生对急救知识的认知和培训需求情况,为高效地开展急救培训提供依据。方法采用随机抽样法,对十堰市3所非医学院校1 526名学生进行问卷调查。结果 3.8%学生认为自我急救知识丰富,64.61%学生意识到自身急救知识缺乏;就现有急救知识46.92%的学生毫不犹豫对陌生者进行施救,若接受系统培训后,毫不犹豫施救者上升至78.9%,68.09%学生担心自身急救技能不足是影响施救的最大障碍;98.3%的学生要求接受急救培训,92.27%的学生选择在老师指导下,借助模型动手操作的培训方式;33.03%的学生认为医学院是承担救急培训的最好机构,23.46%的学生则选择医院。结论十堰市非医学专业大学生对急救知识认知差,培训需求愿望强烈,望相关部门制订有针对性的培训方案,提高大学生急救应变能力,提高区域急救水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the knowledge cognition and training demand of non-medical college students in Shiyan city, and to provide evidence for efficient first aid training. Methods 1 526 students from 3 non-medical colleges in Shiyan were investigated by random sampling. Results 3.8% of the students thought that they had rich knowledge of first aid. 64.61% of the students realized that their knowledge of first aid was lacking, and 46.92% of the students did not hesitate to give rescue to the strangers without hesitation, and if they received systematic training, 46.92% of the students did not hesitate to give help to the strangers. The number of people who did not hesitate to help rose to 78.9% and 68.09% of the students were worried that their lack of first aid skills was the biggest obstacle affecting the rescue. 98.3% of the students asked for first aid training and 92.27% of the students chose under the guidance of their teachers. 33.03% of the students thought that medical school was the best organization for emergency training, and 23.46% of the students chose hospitals. Conclusion Non-medical college students in Shiyan city have poor knowledge of first aid and strong demand for training. It is hoped that relevant departments will formulate targeted training programs to improve the emergency response ability of college students and improve the level of regional first aid.
