跌倒管理信息系统的建立及应用

【摘要】：目的建立跌倒管理信息系统,并评价其在临床的应用效果。方法选取401名护士,通过发放自行设计的问卷、查询不良事件上报系统,收集系统应用前后护士评估患者的耗时、评估依从性、评估满意度、跌倒不良事件的发生率。结果跌倒管理信息系统应用后,护士评估患者的耗时由(2.55±0.38)min缩短至(1.40±0.45)min,护士评估依从率从80.30%上升至93.27%,护士评估满意率从78.30%上升至91.27%,跌倒不良事件发生率由0.38‰下降至0.32‰,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论跌倒管理信息系统的应用能减少护士评估患者的耗时,增加护士评估的依从性和满意度,减少跌倒不良事件的发生率。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a fall management information system and evaluate its clinical application. Methods 401 nurses were selected to issue self-designed questionnaires to inquire the adverse event reporting system. The nurses were collected before and after the application of the system to assess the patient's time, compliance, satisfaction, and the incidence of adverse events. Results after the application of fall management information system, the time taken by nurses to evaluate patients was shortened from 2.55 卤0.38)min to 1.40 卤0.45 min, the assessment compliance rate of nurses increased from 80.30% to 93.27%, the satisfaction rate of nurses' evaluation increased from 78.30% to 91.27%, and the incidence of adverse events of falls decreased from 0.38 鈥，
