跨院联合培训的肿瘤专科护士核心能力调查分析

【摘要】:目的了解跨院联合基地培训的肿瘤专科护士核心能力现状及影响因素,为完善肿瘤专科护士管理提供依据。方法采用自行设计的《肿瘤专科护士核心能力评估表》对肿瘤专科护士进行自评,其科室同事(护士、医生)、护理管理者(护士长、护理部主任)对肿瘤专科护士进行他评。结果肿瘤专科护士核心能力综合得分(71.00±10.66)分,处于较高水平;在核心能力的6个维度中提供咨询的能力得分最高,科研信息能力得分最低。医院等级、参与多学科团队、直属领导、继续学历教育等因素影响肿瘤专科护士的核心能力。结论基地培训的肿瘤专科护士能力符合临床肿瘤护理需求,科研能力和伦理决策能力有待进一步提高,专科平台和团队工作模式有助于核心能力的提高。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the status quo and influencing factors of core competence of oncology nurses trained in cross-hospital joint bases, and to provide basis for improving the management of oncology nurses. Methods the self-evaluation of the core competence of oncology nurses was carried out by using the self-designed table of core competence of oncology nurses, and their colleagues (nurses, doctors) and nursing managers (head nurses and nursing directors) were used to evaluate the nurses. Results the comprehensive score of core competence of oncology nurses was 71.00 卤10.66, which was at a higher level, and the ability to provide consultation was the highest in the six dimensions of core competence, while the ability of scientific research and information was the lowest. Hospital level, participation in multi-disciplinary team, direct leadership, continuing education and other factors affect the core competence of cancer nurses. Conclusion the ability of oncology nurses trained in the base meets the needs of clinical tumor nursing. The ability of scientific research and ethical decision-making needs to be further improved. The specialized platform and team work model are helpful to the improvement of core competence.
