妇产科患者围术期感染的相关因素分析

【摘要】：目的探讨妇产科围术期感染的相关因素,并针对相关因素提出护理措施。方法回顾性分析2014年1月-2016年12月医院收治的1028例妇产科手术患者临床资料,分析引起围术期感染的因素。结果 1028例妇产科手术患者中术后发生感染52例,感染率为5.1%,感染部位主要以呼吸道感染23例、泌尿系统感染17例为主,围术期感染的常见病原菌为革兰阴性菌;经单因素分析,患者年龄≥60岁、住院时间7d、手术时间≥2h、手术类型为急诊、并发基础疾病、预防性使用抗菌药物为妇产科患者围术期感染的相关因素。结论妇产科围术期感染诱发因素较多,临床医生务必重视妇产科手术患者围术期感染,针对性地采取护理措施,从而减少感染发生率保障患者生命安全。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the related factors of perioperative infection in obstetrics and gynecology, and to put forward nursing measures. Methods the clinical data of 1028 patients undergoing obstetrics and gynecology surgery from January 2014 to December 2016 were analyzed retrospectively and the causes of perioperative infection were analyzed. Results 52 cases of postoperative infection occurred in 1028 patients with gynecology and obstetrics, the infection rate was 5.1. The main sites of infection were respiratory tract infection (23 cases) and urinary tract infection (17 cases). The common pathogens of perioperative infection were Gram-negative bacteria.
