郑州地区三甲综合医院护士信息素质培训方案的构建研究

【摘要】:目的:了解目前临床护士信息素质水平、主要影响因素、存在问题、产生问题的原因及其信息需求方向,制定符合临床护士需要的信息素质培训方案。方法:(1)文献研究法:通过查阅著作、期刊、论文集、政策、报告等,分析国内外临床护士信息素质方面的研究及发展现状,为本次研究提供依据。(2)临床一线人员访谈法:以“临床护士信息素质需求”为访谈主题,按照合理布局知识结构,专业优势互相补充的原则,采用目的抽样方法,从不同角度与研究方向选择访谈对象,直到信息饱和。根据研究需要,本次研究共访谈了18位研究对象,以“面对面深度半结构访谈”的形式开展。访谈对象的选择标准:(1)本科及以上学历,中级及以上职称;(2)三甲综合性医院承担临床工作5年以上或信息管理工作5年及以上;(3)对本次咨询有比较高的积极主动性,能够确保访谈的完成;(4)具有严谨求实的科学态度。(3)问卷调查法:运用便利抽样方法从郑州市三甲综合医院中抽取4家医院的320名临床护士进行《临床护士信息素质现状调查问卷》和《临床护士信息需求调查问卷》调查。(4)专家小组会议法:运用专家小组会议法,以“临床护士信息素质培训方案”为讨论主题,对培训方案开展讨论以做修改,使之更适合临床具体情况。专家纳入标准:(1)具有10年以上相关护理专业方向工作经历,熟谙本次研究内容;(2)具有高级职称;(3)对本次研究课题具有较高的参与度。本次研究共有14名专家参加小组会议。通过专家小组讨论,将一级指标内的“护理信息道德”改为“护理信息道德与安全”;将二级指标内的“个人护理信息道德”和“社会护理信息道德”合并为“护理信息道德”,并增加二级指标“护理信息安全”;删除三级指标“熟悉各软件之间协作”,将“了解医学信息学发展、概念及课程设置”改为“了解医学信息学的发展和概念”,细化“信息活动中的法律知识”的培训内容。结果:应用IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0进行数据分析,采用一般统计描述、频数、单样本方差分析等方法,检验水平α=0.05。1.临床护士基础的计算机操作能力平均得分为3.42,护理信息应用能力得分3.13。2.年龄、工作年限、是否为带教老师、是否参加过相关培训对于临床护士信息素质总分影响具有统计学意义。3.不同工作年限的临床护士在护理信息意识维度得分的差异具有统计学意义;是否是带教老师、是否参加过相关培训对临床护士在计算机操作能力维度差异具有统计学意义;学历、所在医院类型、是否参加过相关培训在计算机软件管理能力维度的差异具有统计学意义;临床护士的年龄、工作年限、职称在护理信息应用能力得分的差异具有统计学意义。4.临床护士信息需求调查问卷三个维度从低到高依次是:临床工作系统、网络学习系统、信息获取能力。在调查对象中,住院护士工作站培训需求人数最少,有15人,占5.1%,数据统计培训需求人数最多,有239人,占81.3%。5.通过专家小组会议法构建了临床护士信息素质培训纲要,包含一级指标4个,二级指标26个,三级指标62个,具体培训内容152项,培训学时70个学时,为临床护士信息素质的培训提供了可靠参考依据。结论:1.临床护士信息素质水平普遍偏低。临床护士对基本的计算机操作技能有一定程度掌握,但是信息技术应用能力比较低,需要通过培训,进一步提高。2.学历、年龄、工作年限、是否为带教老师、是否参加过相关培训对于临床护士信息素质各项能力影响具有统计学意义。3.临床护士信息素质培训需求,以信息获取技能培训需求最高,其次是网络办公系统和临床护理工作系统。4.构建的临床护士信息素质培训方案具有一定实用性。其中包含具体培训内容152项,培训学时70个,主要一级指标4个,二级指标26个,三级指标62个,同时还包含培训方案具体实施方案及考核方式。为临床护士信息素质的培训提供了可靠参考依据。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the information literacy level of clinical nurses, the main influencing factors, the existing problems, the causes of the problems and the direction of information demand, and to formulate the information quality training programs which meet the needs of clinical nurses. Methods: (1) literature research method: through consulting books, periodicals, papers, policies, reports and so on, the information of clinical nurses at home and abroad is analyzed. The research and development status of quality provide the basis for this study. (2) the interview method of clinical frontline personnel: Taking the "information quality requirement of clinical nurses" as the subject of interview, according to the principle of rational distribution of knowledge structure and the complementary principle of professional advantages, the purpose sampling method is adopted to select the interviewees from different angles and research directions, until the letter is selected. According to the research needs, this study interviewed 18 subjects in the form of "face to face depth and half structure interview". The selection criteria of interviewees were: (1) undergraduate and above education, intermediate and above titles; (2) three a comprehensive hospital took over 5 years of clinical work or more than 5 years of information management; (3) to this The secondary consultation has a high initiative to ensure the completion of the interview; (4) the scientific attitude of rigorous and realistic. (3) the questionnaire survey method: using the convenient sampling method, 320 clinical nurses from 4 hospitals in Zhengzhou three a comprehensive hospital were used to carry out the questionnaire on the status quo of clinical nurses' information quality and the information demand of clinical nurses.
