癌症患者复发恐惧的研究进展

【摘要】：正随着诊疗技术的发展,癌症治愈率不断地提高,但癌症的复发和转移仍是现代医学尚未解决的棘手问题,越来越受到学者的关注。据报告,49%的癌症幸存者有明显的癌症复发恐惧(fear of cancer recurrence,FCR)~[1-2],主要表现为患者对身体的过度检查、过度警觉及过分关注身体症状变化,并将身体的某些症状如疼痛、胸闷等作为病情加重的征兆~[3]。FCR可加重患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,严重影响其身心状态
[Abstract]:With the development of diagnosis and treatment technology, the cure rate of cancer is increasing, but the recurrence and metastasis of cancer is still a thorny problem in modern medicine, which has been paid more and more attention by scholars. It has been reported that 49% of cancer survivors have a distinct fear of cancer recurrence (fear of cancer recurrence1 or 2) ~ [1-2], which is mainly manifested in patients' over-examination of the body, over-alertness and over-attention to changes in body symptoms, and the treatment of certain symptoms of the body such as pain. Chest tightness as a symptom of aggravation. FCR can aggravate the anxiety and depression of the patients and seriously affect their physical and mental state.
