3G智能血压计的开发及其测量老年人血压的准确性评价

【摘要】:目的开发3G智能血压计,评价其与水银血压计测量结果的一致性。方法于2016年3—8月,选取广州市老人院居住的老年人50例为研究对象,血压正常22例,有高血压病史28例。由经过专门培训的医师分别对同一受试者先后使用水银血压计、3G智能血压计测量血压,连续测3次,每次间隔3~5 min,分别取平均值。结果在血压正常的受试者中,采用水银血压计、3G智能血压计测得收缩压呈正相关(r=0.797,P0.001),差异无统计学意义(t=-1.320,P=0.201);测得舒张压呈正相关(r=0.854,P0.001),差异无统计学意义(t=-0.203,P=0.841)。在有高血压病史的受试者中,采用水银血压计、3G智能血压计测得收缩压呈正相关(r=0.829,P0.001),差异无统计学意义(t=0.858,P=0.398);测得舒张压呈正相关(r=0.920,P0.001),差异无统计学意义(t=0.569,P=0.574)。两种血压计测量收缩压的差值5、10、15 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 k Pa)的比例分别为52.0%(26/50)、74.0%(37/50)、90.0%(45/50),测量舒张压的差值5、10、15 mm Hg的比例分别为76.0%(38/50)、92.0%(46/50)、100.0%(50/50)。在28例有高血压病史的受试者中,水银血压计及3G智能血压计测量收缩压≥140 mm Hg的受试者分别为25例(89.2%)、24例(85.7%),差异无统计学意义(χ~20.01,P0.05);水银血压计及3G智能血压计测量舒张压≥90 mm Hg的受试者分别为6例(21.4%)、5例(17.8%),差异无统计学意义(χ~20.01,P0.05)。结论 3G智能血压计测量血压、诊断血压升高与水银血压计具有良好的一致性。
[Abstract]:Objective to develop 3G intelligent sphygmomanometer and evaluate its consistency with mercury sphygmomanometer. Methods from March to August 2016, 50 elderly people living in Guangzhou elderly Home were selected as the study subjects, 22 cases with normal blood pressure and 28 cases with history of hypertension. The blood pressure was measured by using the mercury sphygmomanometer 3G intelligent sphygmomanometer for the same subjects by specially trained physicians. The blood pressure was measured three times at intervals of 3 minutes and 5 minutes each time, and the average values were taken respectively. Results in subjects with normal blood pressure, systolic blood pressure was positively correlated with that measured by 3G intelligent sphygmomanometer (r = 0.797p 0.001), but there was no significant difference (t = 1.320p 0.201), and diastolic blood pressure was positively correlated (r = 0.854g, P 0.001), but there was no significant difference (t n = 0.203g, P = 0.841). Among the subjects with history of hypertension, systolic blood pressure measured by mercury sphygmomanometer and 3G intelligent sphygmomanometer showed a positive correlation (r = 0.829, P 0.001), but no significant difference (t = 0.858, P ~ (0.398), and a positive correlation between diastolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure (r = 0.920, P 0.001), but no significant difference (t = 0.569p ~ (0.574). The difference of systolic blood pressure measured by two kinds of sphygmomanometers was 52.0% (26 / 50) 74.0% (37 / 50) 90.0% (45 / 50), and the difference of diastolic blood pressure was 76.0% (38 / 50) / 92.0% (4650 / 50) 100.0% (50 / 50), respectively.
