临终关怀教育和培训研究进展

【摘要】：正临终关怀在减轻疾病晚期患者疼痛和痛苦等方面的作用已获得广泛认可~〔1〕,但高质量的临终关怀需要高质量的临终关怀人员,迫切需要专业的临终关怀教育和培训。本文对国内外的临终关怀教育和培训进行了梳理和陈述,旨在此基础上创立适合我国的临终关怀教育和培训体系,培养高水平的临终关怀专业人员。1临终关怀国内外发展概况临终关怀最早起源于西方,1967年由英国的桑德斯创立,1980年以后,这种照护晚期病人的新理念开始传播到北美和欧
[Abstract]:The role of positive hospice care in alleviating pain and pain of patients with advanced diseases has been widely recognized. However, high quality hospice care needs high quality hospice care personnel, and urgent need for professional hospice care education and training. In this paper, the education and training of hospice care at home and abroad are combed and stated in order to establish a hospice care education and training system suitable for our country. The development of hospice care at home and abroad originated in the West and was founded by Sanders in Britain in 1967. After 1980, this new concept of care for terminal patients began to spread to North America and Europe.
