6例难治性哮喘患者行支气管热成形术治疗的护理

【摘要】：总结了采用支气管热成形术来治疗6例难治性哮喘患者的护理经验。术前主要对患者进行心理安慰、用药指导、评估患者病情、测量生命体征及行咽喉部的局部麻醉;术中主要监测患者生命体征,关注有无气道内出血、窒息等并发症;术后观察有无咯血、胸痛等并发症,并对患者进行排痰、饮食指导,出院随访阶段给予心理指导、并告知患者可能出现的不良反应及应对措施和复诊时间;18例次患者均顺利完成治疗,术中1例次出现气道内少量出血,顺利止血,术后随访中1例次出现上呼吸道感染,已治愈。
[Abstract]:The nursing experience of 6 patients with refractory asthma treated by bronchial thermoplasty was summarized. Preoperative psychological comfort, medication guidance, evaluation of the patient's condition, measurement of vital signs and local anesthesia of pharynx and larynx, intraoperative monitoring of patients' vital signs, attention to airway hemorrhage, asphyxia and other complications; Postoperative observation of hemoptysis, chest pain and other complications, and the patients with sputum, diet guidance, discharged from the follow-up stage to give psychological guidance, The patients were informed of the possible adverse reactions and countermeasures and the time of follow-up. 18 patients were successfully treated, 1 case had a small amount of bleeding in the airway during the operation, and 1 case had an upper respiratory tract infection during the follow-up.
