重庆地区婴幼儿和儿童血凝五项参考区间的调查

【摘要】：目的建立重庆地区婴幼儿和儿童血凝检查项目的参考区间,以更好地服务于临床。方法采用Sysmex CS5100、Sysmex CSA2000全自动血凝分析仪检测重庆地区经健康筛查的5 119例儿童的凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)、凝血酶时间(TT)、血浆D-二聚体(D-D)血凝五项。将所有儿童根据年龄分为6组:新生儿(0~15d)、新生儿(15d至小于1个月)、婴儿(1~7个月)、幼儿(7个月至小于3岁)、儿童(3~7岁)、儿童(7~15岁)组,进行比较分析。正态分布的资料按照喁±1.96s确定参考区间,偏态分布的资料按照P_(2.5)~P_(97.5)确定参考区间。结果本室血凝五项参考区间,PT:11.1~20.2s(0~15d)、10.7~15.8s(15d至小于1个月)、9.9~13.5s(1个月至15岁);APTT:28.8~91.6s(0~15d)、33.3~64.2s(15d至小于1个月)、24.0~53.2s(1~7个月)、21.2~39.2s(7个月至15岁);FIB:1.45~3.52g/L(0~3岁)、1.50~3.52g/L(3~15岁);TT:15.4~26.3s(0~15d)、14.9~21.4s(15d至小于7个月)、14.7~20.1s(7个月至小于3岁)、14.9~19.3s(3~15岁);D-D:0.1~5.1mg/L(0~15d)、0.2~2.2mg/L(15d至小于1个月)、0.1~1.1mg/L(1~7个月)、0.1~1.4 mg/L(7个月至小于3岁)、0.1~1.3 mg/L(3~7岁)、0~1.0 mg/L(7~15岁)。结论初步建立了重庆地区婴幼儿和儿童血凝五项(PT、APTT、FIB、TT、D-D)的参考区间,为该地区婴幼儿及儿童相关疾病的诊疗提供了更准确的依据。
