脊髓背角Ⅰ-Ⅲ层疼痛神经环路的研究进展

【摘要】:正脊髓背角是痛信息传递的关键门户。大量研究结果证明,几乎没有来自于外周的痛信息仅在脊髓中继就简单地向上位脑结构传递。目前能够肯定的是,脊髓背角存在较为复杂的神经环路,该环路的传入是不同类型的初级传入纤维,该环路内部包括不同层次不同类型的神经元,该环路的传出较为单一,是投射神经元,但是这些投射纤维不仅向传统神经解剖学概念上痛信息第三级神经元丘脑投射,更多的投射纤维涉及其它多个脑区。同时,目前得到共识的是,脊髓背
[Abstract]:The dorsal horn of the spinal cord is a key gateway to the transmission of pain information. A large number of studies have demonstrated that almost no pain information from the periphery is transmitted simply up the brain structure in the spinal cord relay. At present, it is certain that there is a more complex neural loop in the dorsal horn of the spinal cord. The afferent fibers of this loop are different types of primary afferent fibers, and the inner part of the loop contains different layers and different types of neurons, and the efferent of the loop is relatively single. But these projective fibers not only project to the thalamus of the third-order neuronal pain information in the traditional neuroanatomical concept but also involve many other brain regions.
