一起不明原因群体性肺部感染的病原体分离及鉴定

【摘要】:目的调查了解一起不明原因群体性肺部感染的病原菌。方法通过流行病学分析,运用荧光定量PCR、ELISA、胶体金、VITEK2生化鉴定以及MALDI-TOF-MS飞行时间质谱技术对可疑菌进行鉴定,并将分离到的可疑菌与病例血清进行凝集试验。结果从环境标本中分离到2株浅白隐球菌,并与病例血清发生特异性凝集。结论此次肺部感染可能与浅白色隐球菌感染有关。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the pathogens of an unknown group of pulmonary infections. Methods by means of epidemiological analysis, biochemical identification of VITEK2 and MALDI-TOF-MS time-of-flight mass spectrometry were used to identify suspicious bacteria, and agglutination tests were carried out between the isolated bacteria and case serum. Results two strains of Cryptococcus shallowi were isolated from environmental samples and were specifically agglutinated with the sera of the patients. Conclusion the pulmonary infection may be related to Cryptococcus albicans infection.
