失能老人医养结合服务的创新研究——以青岛长期医疗护理保险制度为例证

【摘要】：失能老人是一个特殊的老年人群体,医养结合服务是解决他们养老问题的根本。为实现医养结合服务针对性、全覆盖、长期性、高质量、低成本的现实要求,需要在服务模式、服务主体、服务内容、服务方式、服务保障等方面不断实现医养结合服务的创新发展。青岛实行的长期医疗护理保险制度,为医养结合服务提供了实践性的创新成果。基于该制度,医养结合服务可以获得更多的创新思路和空间,以更好解决失能老人的养老问题。
[Abstract]:Disabled elderly is a special group of old people, and the combination of medical and nursing services is the fundamental to solve their pension problems. In order to realize the realistic requirements of combining medical and nursing services with pertinence, full coverage, long-term, high quality and low cost, we need service mode, service main body, service content, service mode, Service security and other aspects of continuous implementation of the combination of medical and maintenance services innovation and development. The long-term medical and nursing insurance system implemented in Qingdao provides practical and innovative results for the combination of medical and nursing services. Based on this system, the combination of medical and nursing services can obtain more innovative ideas and space to better solve the problem of the disabled elderly.
