线性参照区域模型DCE-MRI在乳腺良、恶性病变诊断效能的研究
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the diagnostic value of linear reference region model (DCE-MRI) in benign and malignant breast lesions. Methods 32 patients with breast cancer (32 lesions) and 30 patients with benign lesions (30 lesions) confirmed by surgical pathology or other methods were retrospectively analyzed. The contralateral normal glands in benign lesions group were used as normal control group. All the patients underwent 3. 0T Mr quantitative dynamic enhanced Mr scanning. The volume transfer constant (K _ (ep) and extracellular space volume (Ve).) of the focus LRRM model were measured, respectively. Single factor variance analysis (ANOVA) was used to carry out the multigroup comparison and the LSD method was used to compare the two groups. The ROC curve of K ~ (trans) K _ (ep) value of benign and malignant lesions was drawn, and the best limit value for the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions was found. Results the K ~ (trans) values of normal gland group, benign lesion group and malignant lesion group were (0.224 卤0.136) min~ (-1), (0.539 卤0.242) min~ (-1), (1.371 卤0.709) min~ (-1) min~ _ (ep) (0.115 卤0.052) min~ (-1), (0.313 卤0.149) min~ (-1), (0.851 卤0.425) min~ (-1) respectively. The Ve values of benign lesion group and malignant lesion group were 0.186 卤0.096 卤0.240 卤0.175 卤0.212 卤0.140, respectively. The area under ROC curve of K ~ (trans) and K _ (ep) between benign and malignant lesions was 0.905 and 0.936 respectively, the best diagnostic threshold was 0.786 min~ (-1) and 0.410 min~ (-1), the diagnostic sensitivity was 81.3% and 93.8%, and the specificity was 80.0% and 83.3%, respectively. Conclusion KRRM model DCE-MRI is an effective quantitative method for the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions, and the K ~ (trans) K _ (ep) value measured by DCE-MRI is stable and K ~ (trans) K _ (ep) value is very valuable for the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast diseases.
