音乐治疗的临床应用与挑战

【摘要】：音乐治疗(又称音乐疗法)是医学与音乐的融合,是一种新兴的、安全而易获得的治疗手段,常可分为接受式、再创造式和即兴演奏式音乐治疗。音乐治疗对各种精神和躯体疾病的治疗效果已得到临床证据的肯定,并吸引着越来越多的学者进行深入研究。本文系统综述了音乐治疗在临床上对于治疗精神疾病、神经系统疾病、心脑血管疾病、恶性肿瘤和疼痛管理等方面的应用。同时,尽管音乐治疗的潜在应用广泛、发展前景巨大,但仍面临着诸多问题和挑战。
[Abstract]:Music therapy (also called music therapy) is the fusion of medicine and music, is a new, safe and easy to obtain treatment, often can be divided into receptive, creative and impromptu music therapy. The therapeutic effect of music therapy on various mental and somatic diseases has been confirmed by clinical evidence and attracted more and more scholars to conduct in-depth research. This paper reviews the clinical application of music therapy in the treatment of mental diseases, nervous system diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, malignant tumors and pain management. At the same time, although the potential application of music therapy is extensive and the development prospect is huge, it still faces many problems and challenges.
