职场正念对护士离职意向影响及知觉压力中介效应

【摘要】:目的探讨护理职场正念对知觉压力和离职意向的影响,并检验知觉压力的中介机制。方法采用横断面网络问卷调查收集数据,使用阶层线性回归法验证变量间的相互关系。结果护士的职场正念处于较高水平(M=4.74,SD=0.63);职场正念对护士知觉压力(β=-0.244,P0.01)和离职意向(β=-0.235,P0.01)具有负向预测作用,知觉压力扮演了部分中介效应(β=0.076)。结论职场正念可以抑制护士的知觉压力水平,并能降低护士个体的离职意向。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of mindfulness on perceived stress and turnover intention and to test the mediating mechanism of perceived stress. Methods Cross-sectional network questionnaire was used to collect data and hierarchical linear regression method was used to verify the relationship between variables. Results the occupational mindfulness of nurses was at a high level (M4.74 / SD0.63). Workplace mindfulness had a negative predictive effect on perceived stress (尾 = -0.244 P0.01) and turnover intention (尾 = -0.235 P0.01) of nurses, and perceptual stress played a part of intermediary effect (尾 = 0.076). Conclusion Occupational mindfulness can inhibit the perceived stress level of nurses and reduce the individual turnover intention of nurses.
