子宫切口瘢痕缺损的腔内超声诊断分析

【摘要】：目的探讨剖宫产术后子宫下段切口瘢痕缺损的超声诊断标准。方法经阴道超声必要时结合腹部超声及CDFI对46例经手术证实子宫下段剖宫产切口瘢痕缺损的超声声像图表现作回顾性分析,总结其诊断标准。结果在46例经手术证实子宫下段剖宫产切口瘢痕缺损的病例中,28例缺损处剩余肌层厚度≤2.5 mm,18例缺损处剩余肌层厚度2.5~4.0 mm之间。缺损处剩余肌层厚度≤2.5 mm患者症状相对较明显,病情较重,应引起临床重视,病情不断加重时,要及时手术修复。缺损处剩余肌层厚度2.5~4.0 mm之间的患者,症状多不明显,病情相对较轻,可以保守治疗,定期复查。结论超声检查能清晰显示剖宫产术后切口瘢痕缺损的形态、回声、位置、大小及缺损处剩余肌层厚度,并动态观察治疗效果,具有重要的临床价值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the ultrasonic diagnostic criteria of scar defect in lower uterine incision after cesarean section. Methods Transvaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound and CDFI were used to analyze retrospectively the ultrasonographic findings of 46 cases of scar defect in lower uterine cesarean section proved by operation, and the diagnostic criteria were summarized. Results in 46 cases of scar defect of cesarean incision of lower uterine segment proved by operation, the thickness of residual muscle layer in 28 cases of defect was less than 2.5 mm,18 and the thickness of residual muscular layer of defect was between 2.5 mm and 4.0 mm.
