微护理在手术室护理管理中的应用与体会

【摘要】：随着时代的进步,现代护理模式也必须跟随着转变,手术室里的护理也不仅仅是简单的配合着各个手术步骤的完成,更是要注重"以人为本,以患者为中心"的手术前、手术中、手术后整个手术过程的全面护理。微护理就是一种做好细致入微的全程服务,从小微处入手并做好细节管理的新型护理模式,是因人制宜、因地制宜、具有个性化的护理模式,其目的是使手术患者在围术期间的心理、生理、社会适应上,能调整到最佳的健康状态,解除手术患者术前恐惧心理,减少术中的不舒适感,缩短手术时间,促进患者术后早日康复,提高手术室护理质量。
