【摘要】：正近年来,恶性肿瘤发病率逐年增高,虽然肿瘤治疗技术进展迅速,但肿瘤患者死亡率仍然较高。最新数据[1]显示,我国在2013年因恶性肿瘤死亡人数达222.9万,这一庞大疾病人群终末期的生活质量值得关注。现有调查研究[2]显示,癌症终末期患者的痛苦症状未得到有效控制,虽然病情不能逆转,但呼吸机、人工喂养等生命支持措施还在使用,这无疑延长了患者痛苦的死亡过程,导致患者不能舒适、尊严地离世。随着近30余年姑息治疗在我国的推广,终末期
[Abstract]:In recent years, the incidence of malignant tumors has increased year by year. Although tumor treatment technology has made rapid progress, the mortality rate of cancer patients is still high.
