手术室耗材闭环供应链配送方案的构建及效果研究

【摘要】:目的构建手术室耗材闭环供应链配送方案,将其在手术室耗材管理中应用并评价其应用效果。方法成立优化团队,分析目前手术室在耗材配送过程中存在的问题,建立手术室耗材闭环供应链配送方案,采用"前向供应和逆向供应"的配送管理方式,比较应用前后手术物品准备时间、耗材供应时间、连台手术衔接时间、每日退回无菌耗材室的耗材件数、巡回护士在位率。结果采用手术室耗材闭环供应链配送方案后,手术物品准备时间由(16.36±8.08)min缩短到了(10.33±5.75)min,耗材供应时间由(4.50±1.36)min缩短到(2.98±1.03)min,连台手术衔接时间由(21.38±9.58)min缩短到(19.78±7.64)min,每日退回无菌耗材室的耗材件数由(119.47±34.79)件减少至(112.24±37.76)件,手术室巡回护士的在位率由82.80%提升至84.90%,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论手术室耗材闭环供应链配送方案能够缩短物品供应时间、加快手术周转率,促进耗材的流通管理。
[Abstract]:Objective to construct a closed-loop supply chain distribution scheme for operating room consumables and evaluate its application effect in the management of operating room consumables. Methods the optimization team was set up to analyze the problems existing in the distribution of consumables in the operating room at present, and the closed-loop supply chain distribution scheme of consumables in the operating room was established, and the distribution management mode of "forward supply and reverse supply" was adopted. The preparation time of operation items, supply time of consumables, the connecting time of operation and operation, the quantity of consumables returned to the sterile consumables room per day, and the sitting rate of itinerant nurses were compared before and after the application. Results after using the closed-loop supply chain distribution scheme for operating room consumables, the preparation time of surgical supplies was shortened from (16.36 卤8.08) min to (10.33 卤5.75) min, supplies from (4.50 卤1.36) min to (2.98 卤1.03) min,. The connecting time of operation was shortened from (21.38 卤9.58) min to (19.78 卤7.64) min, daily returning sterile consumables room from (119.47 卤34.79) to (112.24 卤37.76). The occupancy rate of roving nurses in operating room increased from 82.80% to 84.90%, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the closed-loop supply chain distribution scheme of consumables in operating room can shorten the time of supply, accelerate the turnover rate of operation, and promote the circulation and management of consumables.
