感觉的平衡维持优先策略研究

【摘要】:目的探讨认知双重任务对平衡功能的影响,分析平衡维持的感觉策略。方法 2015年6月至2016年6月,34例健康青年随机分为对照组(n=17)和观察组(n=17),在动态平衡仪上进行改良临床平衡测试。2周后,对照组再次进行测试,观察组在测试时加心算任务。记录站立在硬面和软垫上,睁眼、闭眼状态下的质心摆动速度和质心摆动速度综合值。结果第2次测量时,对照组闭眼软垫站立时,质心摆动速度较第1次降低(t=2.535,P0.05);观察组睁眼软垫站立时,质心摆动速度较第1次增加(t=-2.220,P0.05),与对照组相比明显增加(t=-3.128,P0.01);质心摆动速度综合值对照组较第1次明显降低(t=3.007,P0.01),观察组较第1次增加(t=-2.170,P0.05),两组间有显著性差异(t=-2.143,P0.05)。结论健康青年在加入认知任务后,平衡功能被干扰,特别是睁眼软垫站立时更明显;执行两种或以上任务时,感觉系统优先分配维持平衡。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of cognitive dual task on balance function and to analyze the sensory strategies of balance maintenance. Methods from June 2015 to June 2016, 34 healthy young people were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 17) and observation group (n = 17). The observation group was given mental tasks at the time of the test. Record the combined value of center of mass swing velocity and center of mass swing velocity when standing on hard face and soft pad, opening eyes and closing eyes. Results during the second measurement, the swinging velocity of the center of mass of the control group was lower than that of the first time (t = 2.535, P0.05) when the soft pad closed eyes were standing in the control group. The swinging velocity of the center of mass in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (t = 3.128, P0.01) when standing on the soft pad (t = 2.220, P 0.05) and significantly higher than that in the control group (t = 2.220, P < 0.05). The comprehensive value of center-of-mass swing velocity in the control group was significantly lower than that in the first time (t = 3.007, P0.01), and that in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the first time (t = 2.170, P 0.05). There was a significant difference between the two groups (t = 2.143, P 0.05). Conclusion the balance function of healthy young people is disturbed after adding cognitive task, especially when the soft pad is standing, and the priority distribution of sensory system maintains balance when two or more tasks are performed.
