硅纳米线场效应管生物传感器对蛋白质检测的研究进展

【摘要】:背景:硅纳米线场效应晶体管电子生物传感器在传感器领域吸引了人类的极大兴趣,并在蛋白质检测方面取得了飞速的进展。目的:综述硅纳米线生物传感器在蛋白质检测方面取得的进展。方法:由第一作者检索Pub Med数据库、中国知网数据库、百度学术、谷歌学术搜索数据库2005至2016年有关蛋白质检测、微流道应用、硅纳米线生物传感器检测应用等方面的文章。结果与结论:硅纳米线场效应晶体管电子生物传感器已被证明能够对多种生物分子进行检测,且具有高灵敏度、目标选择性、实时响应和免于标记等优点,在蛋白质检测方面具有广阔的应用前景。
[Abstract]:Background: Silicon nanowire field effect transistor electronic biosensor has attracted great interest in the field of sensors, and has made rapid progress in protein detection. Aim: to review the progress of silicon nanowires biosensors in protein detection. Methods: the first author searched Pub Med database, China knowledge Web database, Baidu academic database, Google academic search database from 2005 to 2016 on protein detection, microchannel application, silicon nanowires biosensor detection application and so on. Results & conclusion: Silicon nanowire field effect transistor (FET) biosensor has been proved to be able to detect a variety of biomolecules with the advantages of high sensitivity, target selectivity, real-time response and avoidance of labeling. It has a broad application prospect in protein detection.
