真空负压拔罐联合生肌溶液治疗Ⅲ期压疮临床研究

【摘要】：目的研究真空负压拔罐联合生肌溶液治疗Ⅲ期压疮的效果。方法将符合纳入标准的72例Ⅲ期压疮的患者随机分为治疗组(拔罐联合生肌溶液)和对照组(外科清创联合橡皮生肌膏),分别于初诊首日(治疗前),第14天(2周),第28天(4周)各观察记录1次,分别从治疗效果、疼痛程度、治愈时间及治疗费用进行研究比较。结果两组间疗效差别有统计学意义,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,P0.05。结论拔罐联合生肌溶液治疗Ⅲ期压疮有明显疗效,值得临床推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of vacuum negative pressure cupping combined with myogenic solution in the treatment of stage III pressure sore. Methods 72 patients with stage III pressure sore who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group (cupping combined with muscle solution) and control group (surgical debridement combined with rubber muscle ointment). The first day of initial diagnosis (before treatment) and the 14th day (2 weeks), respectively. On the 28th day (4 weeks), the therapeutic effect, pain degree, cure time and treatment cost were studied and compared. Results there was significant difference between the two groups. The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Cupping combined with myogenic solution is effective in the treatment of stage III pressure sore and is worth popularizing in clinic.
