外源化学物质对副溶血性弧菌药物敏感性的影响
[Abstract]:[objective] the resistance of bacteria to antibiotics has become the focus of global public health. Some studies have shown that exogenous addition of chemicals can enhance the sensitivity of drug-resistant bacteria to antibiotics. In this study, the effects of three chemicals glucose, alanine and glycerin on enhancing antibiotic sensitivity of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were compared. [methods] under the stress of subinhibitory concentration antibiotics, The effect of Vibrio parahaemolyticus on the sensitivity of Vibrio parahaemolyticus to subbacteriostatic concentration antibiotics was observed by comparing the changes of bacterial survival rate with time after the final concentration of 10 mmol/L glucose, alanine and glycerin was added to Vibrio parahaemolyticus. The experimental results were verified by oxidative phosphate desorption coupling agent CCCP. [results] it was found that all three exogenous chemicals could enhance the bactericidal ability of subinhibitory concentration aminoglycoside antibiotics against Vibrio parahaemolyticus. Among them, exogenous glucose had the most significant bactericidal ability to enhance the subinhibitory concentration of kanamycin, but had no significant effect on the bactericidal ability of other kinds of antibiotics. The addition of oxidative phosphate desorption coupling agent CCCP can eliminate the increase of antibiotic sensitivity of Vibrio parahaemolyticus caused by exogenous chemicals. [conclusion] by regulating the metabolic level of bacterial cells, the resistance of Vibrio parahaemolyticus to Vibrio parahaemolyticus can be improved. The sensitivity of aminoglycoside antibiotics, It has certain practical application value for the prevention and control of multi-drug resistant Vibrio parahaemolyticus.
