品管圈在国内ICU感染控制中的应用现状研究

【摘要】：目的了解品管圈在国内重症监护病房(ICU)医院感染管理中的应用情况。方法通过文献分析方法,对国内ICU医院感染控制中的应用现状与效果评价进行调查。结果国内各大医院ICU的品管圈活动主要应用于医护人员手卫生管理、导管相关性感染控制、多重耐药菌感染管理及及仪器设备消毒管理等方面,活动的开展在ICU感染管理与控制的持续质量改进中具有可行性,并发挥着重要的作用。结论品管圈管理方法在医院ICU医院感染管理中应用广泛,效果明显,值得推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the application of quality control ring in hospital infection management of (ICU) in intensive care unit (ICU) in China. Methods the application status and effect evaluation of ICU hospital infection control in China were investigated by literature analysis. Results the quality control circle activities of ICU in major hospitals in China were mainly used in hand hygiene management of medical and nursing staff, catheter related infection control, multi-drug resistant bacteria infection management and instrument and equipment disinfection management. The activities are feasible and play an important role in the continuous quality improvement of ICU infection management and control. Conclusion the management method of product management circle is widely used in hospital ICU hospital infection management, and the effect is obvious, and it is worth popularizing.
