助产质量评价指标体系的构建

【摘要】：目的初步构建助产质量评价指标体系。方法以最新的助产质量实证依据框架为指导,根据指标筛选原则,通过文献评阅法、专家会议法、理论分析法及专家咨询法,初步建立助产质量评价指标体系,供进一步大范围的德尔菲法验证。结果通过文献评阅总结出助产质量评价指标池,包括指标名称及特殊指标的界定。通过综合分析、取舍,最后形成了包括45项指标的助产质量评价指标体系。专家咨询问卷回收率为100%,81.3%的专家提出文字建议,专家的权威系数为0.92,指标重要性评分变异系数为0~0.29。结论在最新助产质量实证依据框架指导下初步形成的助产质量评价指标体系具有科学性和合理性,可通过德尔菲专家咨询法进一步验证。
[Abstract]:Objective to construct the evaluation index system of midwifery quality. Methods under the guidance of the latest empirical basis framework of midwifery quality, according to the principle of index screening, through literature review method, expert meeting method, theoretical analysis method and expert consultation method, the evaluation index system of midwifery quality was preliminarily established for further verification by Delphi method. Results through literature review, the evaluation index pool of midwifery quality was summarized, including the definition of index name and special index. Through comprehensive analysis and trade-off, the evaluation index system of midwifery quality including 45 indexes is formed. The recovery rate of expert consultation questionnaire was 100%. 81.3% of the experts put forward written suggestions, the authority coefficient of experts was 0.92, and the coefficient of variation of index importance score was 0 鈮，
