中空纤维支载离子液体液相微萃取检测尿液中阿片类毒品

【摘要】:本研究建立以离子液体作为萃取溶液,聚丙烯中空纤维膜作为支载体,三相微萃取尿液中的目标物质,以期建立阿片类毒品的高效液相色谱检测方法(IL-HF-LPME-HPLC)。实验以吗啡、曲马多、可待因、美沙酮四种阿片类毒品为研究对象,优化出最佳的HF-LPME的萃取模式和条件为:萃取剂为3-辛基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸离子液体加15%三辛基氧化膦;接收相均为p H为1,加入Na Cl为2 mol/L,搅拌速度为1 000 r/min,萃取时间为60 min。通过本优化的方法检测4种阿片类物质,获得了较高的富集倍数(98~178倍)和较低的检测限(10~50 ng/m L),相对标准偏差(RSD)均为小于10%。研究表明,中空纤维膜起到了很好的隔离复杂基质中的大分子干扰作用,具有十分良好的富集效果。
[Abstract]:In order to establish a high performance liquid chromatography (IL-HF-LPME-HPLC) method for the determination of opioid drugs, a three-phase microextraction of target substances from urine with ionic liquid as extraction solution and polypropylene hollow fiber membrane as branch carrier was established in order to establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of opioid drugs. Four opioid drugs, morphine, tramadol, codeine and methadone, were studied. The optimum extraction mode and conditions of HF-LPME were optimized as follows: the extractant was 3-octyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ionic liquid plus 15% trioctyl phosphine oxide, the receiving phase was pH 1, the stirring speed of Na Cl was 1 000 r 路min, and the extraction time was 60 min..
