19例假肢穿戴者接受腔消毒效果的评价

【摘要】：目的探索假肢接受腔常规消毒的可行性。方法 2016年6月至8月,采用复合季铵盐消毒剂对19名下肢假肢穿戴者穿戴的假肢接受腔进行擦拭消毒,对套袜喷雾消毒,每天晚上1次,持续3周。每周现场调查和采样,行菌落计数,分离鉴定金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌。结果消毒后,假肢接受腔细菌菌落数降低1.8~3.0个对数值,真菌总数降低1.6~1.9个对数值;消毒前样本分离到金黄色葡萄球菌1株,大肠杆菌1株,消毒后样本中分离出铜绿假单胞菌1株;持续消毒后,假肢接受腔异味除去效果明显,湿疹及瘙痒症状减轻或消失。结论假肢接受腔经复合季铵盐消毒后,可有效减少微生物污染,去除异味,减少湿疹等皮肤病的发生。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the feasibility of routine disinfection of artificial limbs. Methods from June to August 2016, 19 lower limb wearers were wiped and sterilized by compound quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant, and socks were sterilized by spray disinfection once a day for 3 weeks.
