【摘要】：正无创正压通气是一种不经气管插管而增加肺泡通气量、减少患者肺部做工的一系列方法的总称,它能有效改善急慢性肺通气不足~([1]),降低呼吸衰竭患者的病死率~([2])。近年来,由于无创、使用简便等优点,以及使用适应证的不断扩大,无创正压通气的应用日趋广泛,它主要通过鼻罩、口鼻面罩、全脸面罩等将呼吸机与患者连接进行通气。据文献报道,使用无创正压通气
[Abstract]:Positive noninvasive positive pressure ventilation is a series of methods to increase alveolar ventilation and reduce lung work without endotracheal intubation. It can effectively improve acute and chronic pulmonary ventilation deficiency ([1]) and reduce the mortality of patients with respiratory failure. In recent years, due to the advantages of non-invasive, simple use, as well as the continuous expansion of the use of indications, the application of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation is becoming more and more extensive.
