健康信念模式下计划妊娠女性对体重的误解及其影响因素研究

　　目的:本文旨在调查尼泊尔计划妊娠育龄期妇女对自身体重的错误认知现状,并基于健康信念模式分析影响育龄期妇女体重认知的相关因素。方法:以尼泊尔Bhaktapur医院生殖健康门诊进行健康体检的423位育龄妇女（18-38岁）为研究对象开展横断面研究,并于2017年9月至2017年11月通过非概率立意抽样方法收集数据。本研究设计了一份自填式问卷,并基于社会人口统计数据、自感体重状况以及妊娠意愿这3个因素收集数据。在本项研究中,肥胖风险知识评价量表（ORK）用以评价肥胖相关健康风险知识;国际体力活动问卷（IPAQ）用以评价患者近期的体力活动水平;多维领悟社会支持量表（MPSSS）用来评估自我感知的社会支持;一般自我效能感量表（GSSS）用以评估患者的自我效能;自我构建的HBM评估量表从健康信念模式的视角分析影响育龄妇女对体重的相关认知和行为因素。连续型变量采用均数±标准差形式表示;两组连续型变量之间比较采用t-test方法。多组连续型变量之间比较采用方差分析;计数资料采用频率和百分比形式表示,比较差异采用Chi²检验;影响因素采用多变量逻辑回归分析方法;影响因素采用二元Lo...
