山西长治市城区西街回族社区调查研究

【摘要】：长治西街回族社区作为中部地区具有浓厚伊斯兰文化氛围的代表,对其研究意义重大,既可以向世人展示其丰富的全貌,又可以作为国内其他民族区域和谐发展学习的榜样。本文通过立意抽样、整群抽样、分层抽样和偶遇抽样的抽样方法抽取样本,采用文献检索、问卷调查、个案访谈、参与观察等调查方法进行调查、收集资料,并从人类学、民族学、社会学、民俗学等多个角度对长治回族社区进行分析研究,力图展现正处在发展进程中的回族社区的生活习俗、日常活动、群众的生活状况,试图探究山西长治西街回族社区的状况和未来的发展趋势,回答“长治回族现在的生活状态是什么,未来将如何发展”的问题,具体化为长治回族的社会结构、宗教信仰、民族教育和风俗文化四个部分,尤其以宗教信仰和民族教育为重点内容介绍长治西街回族社区宗教信仰自由、宗教氛围浓厚、民族教育正逐渐被重视,展现极具地方特色的非民族地区的回族文化。但是由于社区居民处于相对封闭的环境,思想观念较保守,视野不够开阔,人口总体受教育程度仍处于低水平状态,年轻人劳动技能缺失等,由此引发的劳动者求职竞争力弱、职业结构单一、社区经济发展缓慢等问题,这些问题成为该社区未来发展的制约因素。在论文中,笔者呼吁当地政府、宗教事务管理部门应做好民族团结、就业政策的宣传工作,加强就业方向的指导,为社区居民提供劳动技能培训等；清真寺作为教坊内教民的“家长”,在日常教育中应与社会化教育与时俱进,与其他地区、其他民族多交流；社区居民自身也应在重视民族宗教文化学习传承的同时,要随当代形势的变化加强自身其他素质的培养,多学习有益经验强化自己,最终通过各方努力寻求一条适合该社区经济、宗教、社会、文化均衡发展的全面协调的可持续道路。
[Abstract]:As a representative of the strong Islamic culture atmosphere in the central region of Changzhi West Street, the Hui community is of great significance to its research, which can not only show the world its rich and complete picture, It can also be used as an example for the harmonious development of other ethnic regions in China. This paper takes samples by means of idea sampling, cluster sampling, stratified sampling and accidental sampling, and adopts literature retrieval, questionnaires, case interviews, etc. Participating in investigation methods such as observation, collecting data, and analyzing and studying the Hui community of Changzhi from the angles of anthropology, ethnology, sociology, folklore, etc. Trying to show the living customs, daily activities and the living conditions of the people in the Hui nationality community, which are in the process of development, and trying to explore the situation and the future development trend of the Hui community in Changzhi West Street, Shanxi Province. The answer to the question "what is the present living state of the Hui people in Changzhi and how they will develop in the future" has been concretely divided into four parts: the social structure, religious belief, national education and customs and culture of the Hui people in Changzhi. In particular, focusing on religious beliefs and ethnic education, introducing the freedom of religious belief in the Hui community in the West Street of Changzhi, the religious atmosphere is strong, and ethnic education is gradually being attached importance to. The Hui nationality culture in non-ethnic areas with extremely local characteristics is displayed. However, because the community residents are in a relatively closed environment, their ideas are relatively conservative, their vision is not wide enough, and the overall education level of the population is still in a low level. The lack of labor skills of young people leads to the weak competitiveness of the workers seeking jobs, the single occupation structure and the slow economic development of the community. These problems become the constraints of the future development of the community. The author calls on the local government and the administrative department of religious affairs to do a good job in the propaganda of national unity and employment policy, strengthen the guidance of the employment direction, and provide labor skills training for the community residents. As the "parents" of the religious people in the workshops, mosques should keep pace with social education in their daily education and communicate with other ethnic groups in other areas. Community residents themselves should also attach importance to the study and inheritance of ethnic, religious and cultural cultures. With the change of the contemporary situation, we should strengthen the cultivation of other qualities, learn more beneficial experiences and strengthen ourselves, and finally seek a comprehensive and sustainable road suitable for the balanced development of economy, religion, society and culture in this community through the efforts of all parties.
