民族接触促进跨民族互动的心理机制

【摘要】：采用问卷法测量了汉族大学生对少数民族持有的刻板印象程度等变量,分析了民族接触、民族刻板印象、群际焦虑和交往态度相互作用的机制。结果表明:汉族大学生对少数民族持有明显的刻板印象,包括积极刻板印象和消极刻板印象;民族接触能减少消极刻板印象,从而降低群际焦虑,最终改善汉族大学生与少数民族学生的交往态度。因此,广泛创造民族接触的机会,提高接触质量,改变民族之间认知上的偏差,是促进和改善跨民族互动的重要策略。
[Abstract]:By using the questionnaire method, we measured the degree of stereotype held by Han university students to ethnic minorities, and analyzed the interaction mechanism of ethnic contact, ethnic stereotype, intergroup anxiety and communication attitude.The results show that Han students have obvious stereotype towards ethnic minorities, including positive stereotype and negative stereotype, and ethnic contact can reduce negative stereotype and thus reduce intergroup anxiety.Finally, improve the communication attitude between Han students and minority students.Therefore, it is an important strategy to promote and improve cross-national interaction to create opportunities for ethnic contact, improve the quality of contact, and change the cognitive bias among ethnic groups.
