广西高校马克思主义民族理论与政策师范专业创办策略研究

【摘要】：国发[2015]46号——《关于加快发展民族教育的决定》,明确指出:要“在师范院校和民族院校设立马克思主义民族理论与政策师范专业,培养培训民族团结教育课教师”。广西壮族自治区作为全国少数民族人口最多的地区,发展本地区的民族团结教育是全区各级各类学校的责任和义务。而响应《决定》的号召,依托广西民族办学的特色与优势在全区11所师范院校和民族院校中开设马克思主义民族理论与政策师范专业,为广西全区乃至全国培养培训一批专业的民族团结教育师资,同样也是这些高校应该承担的责任和义务。本文正文部分主要包括三个部分。第一部分是对马克思主义民族理论与政策师范专业的概述和设置,以明确拟增设专业的相关属性、区分度以及设置该专业的合理性、原则。第二部分是对广西高校马克思主义民族理论与政策师范专业创办路径的分析,得出广西民族大学是广西众多高校中最具条件开设马克思主义民族理论与政策师范专业的院校。第三部分是对广西民族大学马克思主义民族理论与政策师范专业建设措施的一系列设想。希望通过本文对马克思主义民族理论与政策师范专业做出的系统论述,为本专业在广西以及全国师范院校和民族院校的创办以及在正式进入高校专业建设序列后的建设发展提供一些参考。
[Abstract]:Guofa [2015] 46- "decision on speeding up the Development of ethnic Education", clearly pointed out: "to establish a Marxist national theory and policy in normal colleges and universities, to train and train national unity education teachers". Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region is the region with the largest minority population in China. It is the responsibility and duty of all kinds of schools in this region to develop the education of ethnic unity in this region. In response to the call of "decision", and relying on the characteristics and advantages of Guangxi's ethnic education, 11 normal colleges and universities in the whole region have set up a major in Marxist national theory and policy. It is also the responsibility and obligation of these colleges and universities to train a group of professional teachers of ethnic unity education for the whole region and even the whole country of Guangxi. The text of this paper mainly includes three parts. The first part is the summary and setting of the specialty of Marxist national theory and policy teacher training, in order to make clear the related attribute, the degree of distinction and the rationality and principle of setting up the specialty. The second part is the analysis of the path of the establishment of the specialty of Marxist national theory and policy in Guangxi universities and colleges. It is concluded that Guangxi University for nationalities is the most qualified institution to set up the specialty of Marxist national theory and policy in many colleges and universities in Guangxi. The third part is a series of tentative ideas about the specialty construction of Marxist national theory and policy in Guangxi University for nationalities. Through this article, I hope to make a systematic discussion on the specialty of Marxist national theory and policy teachers. It provides some references for the establishment of this major in Guangxi and the whole country, and the construction and development after entering the professional construction sequence of colleges and universities.
