海南三亚崖城黎族民间地契初探

【摘要】：海南三亚市崖城镇发现的一批黎族民间地契,堪称黎族文书类珍稀文物资料。既有断卖契,也有活卖契,但未发现加盖官印或粘贴契尾的官契,均在空白纸上自行书写,是纯粹的民间行为,属于白契。这些地契形式规范,在黎族古籍研究、黎族政治经济社会研究、黎族民俗研究等方面具有不可多得的文献价值。
[Abstract]:A group of Li nationality folk land deeds discovered in Yacheng Town of Sanya City, Hainan Province, can be called Li nationality documents and rare cultural relics materials. There are not only selling deeds but also selling deeds alive. However, no official deeds stamped or affixed with the tail of the deeds are all written on blank paper. These land deeds are pure folk behavior and belong to the Baiqi. Ethnic political, economic and social studies, Li Folk studies and other aspects of the literature has rare value.
