对比研究新/老生物炭对稻田土壤葡萄糖激发效应及微生物活性的影响

  生物炭(BC)对于水稻土壤有机质(SOM)分解的相关影响研究十分有限。本研究旨在研究水稻土中添加新/老生物炭后对葡萄糖的激发效应的影响。试验共设置十六个处理。在室内培养开始前,采集未施加与施加生物炭一年后的田间土壤作为试验样品。实验处理有:不施加生物炭的空白对照处理:control;施加老生物炭处理:aged-BC;同时施加老/新生物炭处理:A/F-BC;施加新生物炭处理:fresh-BC,各处理在施加或不施加14C标记的葡萄糖条件下调节土壤水分进行培养试验,土壤水分条件分为湿润和淹水两种状态。与对照相比,老生物炭土壤CO2排放量相对较高(平均26%),而新生物炭的添加降低了新生物炭土壤和新+老生物炭土壤CO2的排放量,分别为23和21%。在湿润和淹水条件下,老生物炭增加了微生物数量,β葡萄糖苷性,木聚糖酶和纤维二糖水解酶酶潜势,而在淹水条件下新生物炭处理降低了微生物量和酶潜势。在湿润和淹水条件下,对照组添加葡萄糖后出现成正激发效应,分别为58和102μg C g-1。新生物炭处理中葡萄糖的添加也导致正激发效应,在湿润和淹水条件下分别为34和...
