秸秆堆肥还田对土壤酶活性及玉米幼苗生长的影响(英文)

秸秆直接还田增加了农作物病虫害几率,高温堆肥可杀死害虫虫卵。因此,秸秆堆肥后还田是秸秆综合利用的重要途径之一。采用微宇宙法,以秸秆堆肥产品为供试材料,探究秸秆堆肥还田对土壤酶活性、玉米幼苗生长指标、玉米幼苗酶活性和根系形态的影响。结果表明,秸秆堆肥激活土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶和碱性磷酸酶活性,增加玉米幼苗株高、鲜重和干重;秸秆堆肥抑制玉米幼苗的过氧化物(POD)酶活性,激活玉米幼苗过氧化氢(CAT)酶和超氧化物歧化(SOD)酶活性;秸秆堆肥浸提液可显著提高玉米幼苗根系形态各项指标。因此,秸秆堆肥还田激活土壤酶活性、改善了作物生长生理代谢、促进玉米根系发育,研究成果为秸秆堆肥还田提供了重要理论支撑。
