2019年,全国平均气温10.34°C,较常年偏高0.79°C,为1951年以来第5暖年四季气温均偏高,春秋明显偏暖。全国平均降水量645.5毫米,比常年偏多2.5%。2019年,台风生成多,登陆强度总体偏弱,仅‘利奇马’灾损重暴雨过程多,但暴雨洪涝灾害总体偏轻高温日数多,区域性特征明显区域性和阶段性干旱明显,但灾害损失偏轻强对流天气过程偏少,损失偏轻低温冷冻害和雪灾显著偏轻;春季北方沙尘天气少,影响偏轻。与近10年平均值相比,农作物受灾面积,死亡失踪人口以及直接经济损失均明显偏少。
