Distribution and Phylogeography of Genus Lobelia in the Flor

  半边莲属(Lobelia)属于桔梗科,半边莲亚科。该属有超过415个物种,世界范围内广泛分布;热带东非地区分布有该属49个物种,是其分布与物种多样性中心之一:一些类群为小草本,一些为巨大莲座状。半边莲属在热带东非地区的分布大约始于1000万年前,因此其经历了第四季冰期时期(280万年前)的气候波动。了解半边莲属的分布并鉴定其可能的冰期避难所对于该属物种的保护具有重要意义。本论文的目的是探讨半边莲属在热带东非地区的分布和第四季气候波动对该属的影响。整篇论文分为两部分:(1)半边莲属的生态偏好和在东非地区的居群分布格局;(2)东非高山物种Lobelia telekii的谱系地理和遗传多样性。为了全面理解半边莲属植物在东非的不同生境,我们首先查找文献获得了该属在热带东非的所有生境信息,然后结合谱系地理、系统发育方面的研究报道、内罗毕标本馆所保存的标本信息、古环境信息、我们的野外考察,最终得到了半边莲属在东非六个植被地区的分布格局。根据物种分布海拔和生境,重点调查了一些物种。结果表明根据其不同的地形地貌,可将半边莲属的分布分为低海拔生境和高山生境;该属呈现出高度本地化,并广泛分布于热带东非各个...
