【摘要】：正缅甸于2015年11月8日举行全国大选。大选当天缅甸全国选民将投票选举各级议会议员。除军方委任的1/4议席外,选出168名上议院议员以及330名下议院议员。2016年初,军方和新一届国会上、下议院议员将各提名1名总统候选人,然后由所有议员投票,从3名候选人中选出1名得票最高的当选总统。缅甸全国将会有3200万人参加投票,有望超过2010年77%的投票率。本次大选是缅甸国家现代化进程中重要的一步,吸引了全球的目光。由昂山素季领导的民盟是缅甸最大的在野党,
[Abstract]:Burma is holding a national election on November 8th 2015. On the day of the election, voters across the country will vote for members of parliament at all levels, with the exception of the 1/4 seats appointed by the military. On early 2016, the military and the new parliament will each nominate a presidential candidate, all of whom will vote. One of the top three candidates is the president-elect. 32 million people will vote across Burma. The election is expected to exceed the 77% turnout on 2010. The election is an important step in the modernization of Myanmar's country and has attracted global attention. The NLD, led by Aung San Suu Kyi, is Burma's largest opposition party.
