日本和墨西哥回应美国软权力的比较分析

【摘要】：自软权力这一概念被约瑟夫·奈提出之后,各学者对此进行了深入的解读和鉴定,不仅包括对软权力内涵的解读,也包括对软权力内容的论述,但是这一系列的论述中都是从软权力的输出国角度出发,极少有关注到接受国部分的文献,对于接受国在面对软权力时的条件分析则是一个相对缺乏的论述。因此本文从这个角度对接受国的条件进行了分析,同时以日、墨的对比分析为例。众所周知,日本和墨西哥在其历史发展中都深受美国的影响,这种影响不仅是军事和经济的,还包括了软权力的影响。从其地理位置来看,墨西哥在美国的影响下,它的发展应该是迅速的,但是与远隔一洋之远的日本相比,它的现代化远远落后于日本。两国不同的发展道路也不同程度的达到了美国想要实现的结果,因此对于输出国来说,对接受国更加细致的了解和研究,更有利于输出国所想要的结果。本文从美国软权力对两国的影响开始,了解美国软权力在两国发展史中所起到的作用,明确在现代化过程中外来因素不可忽视的作用,但同时也必须注意本国在此过程中的内部发展因素。通过对两国基本国情、外来因素的影响等分析,得出了四个方面的主要因素,即国民精神、稳定的政治环境、成功的历史先例和共同的价值观。通过对两国在美国软权力影响下走向不同道路的分析,我们更加了解了应该注意对接受国的关注。对接受国全面的、深入的了解,明确其接受的条件,有利于输出国更好的输出其软权力,能较好的实现输出国想要的结果。
[Abstract]:Since the concept of soft power proposed by Joseph Nai, the scholars have conducted in-depth interpretation and identification, including not only the interpretation of the connotation of soft power, including the content of soft power is discussed, but a series of discussion are starting from the soft power output in perspective, little attention to the receiving country part of the literature, for analysis of the soft power of the country in the face of conditions is a relative lack of discussion. This paper from the perspective of docking country conditions are analyzed, at the same time, in contrast, analysis of ink as an example.
As everyone knows, Japan and Mexico were all influenced by the influence of the United States in its historical development, this effect is not only the military and economy, also includes the influence of soft power. From the geographical point of view, Mexico in the United States, its development should be rapid, but with a far distant ocean in Japan it is far behind, the modernization of Japan. The two different path of development is to the different extent of the United States wanted to achieve results, so the output of our country, receiving more detailed understanding and research, more conducive to exporting to the desired result. This article starts from the influence of American soft power of the two countries, understand the United States soft power plays a role in the history of the development of both countries, clear in the process of modernization, external factors can not be ignored, but also must pay attention to the development of their own internal factors in this process. After analyzing the basic conditions of the two countries and the influence of external factors, we draw the following four main factors: the national spirit, the stable political environment, the successful historical precedents and the common values.
Through the analysis of the two countries to different roads in the United States under the influence of soft power, we should pay attention to know more about the docking concern in China. The receiving state comprehensive, in-depth understanding of the conditions of acceptance, the output to output in better soft power, can achieve better output the results you want.
