英国保守党语境中“大社会小政府”的特点、困局及与我国的对比

【摘要】：2010年英国保守党领袖戴维·卡梅伦提出了"大社会"的竞选口号。在成功将连续执政13年的工党挤下台后,戴维·卡梅伦的"大社会"计划似乎并不像竞选时那么受到民众的追捧。在保守党与自民党组成的联合政府领导下,"大社会"计划在理论上仍显稚嫩,在实践中也是困难重重。就中国而言,英国"大社会"的计划所需要的基本的社会土壤、政治土壤仍然不成熟,在国情差异较大的我国推行类似的做法未必可行。
[Abstract]:In 2010 David Cameron, the leader of the Conservative Party, put forward the slogan "big society," after successfully squeezing the Labour Party out of power for 13 consecutive years. David Cameron's "big society" plan doesn't seem to be as popular as it was during the campaign. Under the Conservative and Liberal Democratic coalition government, the "big society" program is still theoretically immature. In practice, too, there are difficulties. As far as China is concerned, the basic social and political soil needed for the British "Great Society" programme is still immature. It may not be feasible to carry out similar practice in China, where the national conditions are quite different.
