21世纪初中国东北亚地缘政治环境的新变化

【摘要】：美国旨在维系亚太地区主导地位的"再平衡"战略仍在推进中,在东北亚地区防范中国崛起是美国"再平衡"战略的核心目标。美国亚太"再平衡"战略鼓励了日本政坛右翼保守势力的发展,东北亚地缘政治格局呈现出美国以日制华的日中战略抗衡格局。东亚地区各国经济发展仍在探索新的转型路径,民族主义与海洋意识持续提升,海疆主权纠纷依然如故,世界唯一超级大国—美国—防范中国崛起的思维与行径,建构了中国一些邻国"借美衡中"的东北亚地缘政治环境,中国崛起的地缘政治安全压力无法得到根本缓解,中国陷入与周边邻国的海疆纠纷之中。如何应对东北亚地缘政治环境的新变化考验着中国外交的智慧。
[Abstract]:The "rebalancing" strategy of the United States aimed at maintaining a dominant position in the Asia-Pacific region is still under way. Preventing the rise of China in Northeast Asia is the core goal of the United States'"rebalancing" strategy. The "rebalancing" strategy of the United States in the Asia-Pacific region has encouraged the development of right-wing conservative forces in Japanese politics. The geopolitical pattern of Northeast Asia presents a strategic counterbalance pattern between Japan and China. The economic development of the East Asian countries is still exploring a new transition path, nationalism and maritime consciousness continue to improve, and disputes over sovereignty over the sea border remain the same. The thinking and behavior of the world's sole superpower, the United States, to guard against the rise of China has constructed the geopolitical environment of Northeast Asia in which some of China's neighbors "take advantage of the United States to balance China with China," and the geopolitical security pressure of China's rise cannot be fundamentally alleviated. China is caught in a maritime dispute with its neighbors. How to cope with the new changes in the geopolitical environment in Northeast Asia tests the wisdom of China's diplomacy.
