东南亚国家政治多元化及其对“一带一路”建设的影响

【摘要】：近年来,泰国、缅甸、柬埔寨、印尼、马来西亚、菲律宾等东南亚国家的政治多元化日趋明显。面对社会经济发展瓶颈,边缘化或半边缘化的政治力量开始要求更多的话语权,并试图构建更公平合理的发展模式,从而引发相关国家的权力结构调整。对"一带一路"建设而言,这是机遇,有助于在变革中塑造"一带一路"建设的共识;这也是挑战,将会使"一带一路"建设的合作面临严重的不确定性,因此有必要深化民心相通工作,加强政治风险的防范。
[Abstract]:In recent years, political pluralism in Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines and other Southeast Asian countries has become increasingly evident. In the face of bottlenecks in social and economic development, marginalized or semi-marginalized political forces have begun to demand more voice. And tries to build a more equitable and reasonable development model, thus triggering the adjustment of the power structure of the relevant countries. For the construction of "Belt and Road", this is an opportunity that will help shape the consensus on building "Belt and Road" in the course of transformation; this is also a challenge. It will make the cooperation of Belt and Road construction face serious uncertainty, so it is necessary to deepen the work of intercommunion among the people and strengthen the prevention of political risks.
