【摘要】：正改革开放以后,中国的苏联、俄罗斯民族政策研究结出了丰硕的成果,但是,也表现出三点不足:(1)没有将苏联与俄罗斯联邦作为一个整体进行系统的探讨;(2)民族区域自治政策是苏联、俄罗斯民族政策之纲,但是已有的成果基本没有聚焦于从苏联到俄罗斯民族区域自治政策的专门探讨;(3)其中不少成果发表时间较早,容量有限,使用解密历史档案以及俄罗斯国内外学者的最新研究成果不多。中共中央党校左凤荣教授和中国社会科学院俄罗
[Abstract]:Is after the reform and opening up, China Soviet, Russian national policy research yielded fruitful results, but also showed three problems: (1) there will be the Soviet Union and Russian Federation as a whole systematic discussion; (2) the policy of regional national autonomy is the Soviet Union, the Russian national policy outline, but there the results did not focus on the Soviet Union to specifically investigate the Russian policy of regional autonomy of ethnic minorities; (3) many of them published earlier, limited capacity, use of historical archives and declassified Russian scholars at home and abroad the latest research results are not many.
