【摘要】：童工是蒙古国在市场经济转化过程中产生的一大社会现象,童工问题给国家的政治和财政改革带来了一定的负面影响,造成了贫穷、失业、社会服务分配不均等现象,从而引发了移居、廉价劳动力、弱势群体家庭、丧失自信心等问题的出现。童工的产生,对儿童身心健康以及智力方面的发展都有负面影响。蒙古国从民主市场转为市场经济后的三十年里虽然举行过儿童劳动相关的会议,但是还未颁布相关法律。另一方面,在蒙古国现行的法律法规下,儿童无法享受应得的自由与权力,同时,童工的数量有上升的趋势,所以蒙古国急需在儿童劳动方面做出相关研究。本文分为五部分:第一部分为绪论,简单介绍了本文的研究背景、意义以及所用到的研究方法;第二部分主要介绍了与童工问题相关的概念;第三部主要介绍了蒙古国童工问题的相关现状,并作出分析;第四部分提及了英美两国在面对童工问题时作出的应对以及从中得到经验启示;第五部分提出了相关的解决措施。
[Abstract]:Child labour is a major social phenomenon in the process of transformation of the market economy in Mongolia. The problem of child labour has had a certain negative impact on the country's political and financial reforms, resulting in poverty, unemployment and unequal distribution of social services. This led to the emergence of problems such as migration, cheap labour, vulnerable groups of families, loss of self-confidence and so on. Child labour emerged. It has a negative impact on the physical, mental and intellectual development of children. In the 30 years since Mongolia's transition from a democratic market to a market economy, although it has held labour related conferences for children, it has yet to enact relevant laws... on the other hand, Under the laws and regulations in force in Mongolia, children are unable to enjoy the freedoms and rights they deserve, while the number of child workers is on the rise. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, briefly introduces the research background, significance and research methods used in this paper; The second part mainly introduces the concepts related to child labour, the third part mainly introduces the current situation of Mongolian child labour and makes an analysis. Part 4th refers to the response made by the United States and the United States to the problem of child labour and the experience and inspiration from it; part 5th puts forward the relevant measures to solve the problem.
