【摘要】：冷战结束后 ,经济全球化日渐迅猛 ,已经成为时代潮流。这种变化对国际安全体系造成了深刻的影响和冲击。墨西哥作为第一个加入“第一世界俱乐部”和受经济全球化及新自由主义模式影响的拉美国家 ,自从加入北美自由贸易协定后 ,就遭到来自北方发达国家各种各样的安全威胁。墨西哥的传统安全战略受到严重挑战。面对新的国际形势 ,一方面 ,墨西哥不断修正传统的安全战略观 ;另一方面 ,它又在寻求新的安全战略构想
[Abstract]:Since the end of the Cold War, economic globalization has been increasing rapidly. Has become the trend of the times. This change has had a profound impact on the international security system. Mexico was the first Latin American country to join the first World Club and be affected by economic globalization and neoliberal models. Ever since its accession to the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), it has been subjected to a variety of security threats from the developed countries of the North. Mexico's traditional security strategy has been seriously challenged.
