法国的科西嘉民族问题

【摘要】：一向以"单一不可分"的民族原则自我宣示的法兰西在事实上也拥有自己的世居少数民族,其中科西嘉人时至今日由于特殊的地理、历史、语言等原因仍未能同化于法兰西主流社会中,但法国历届政府对科西嘉人的特殊性问题没有足够重视,最终导致科西嘉民族问题愈演愈烈。进入第五共和国时期,法国官方迫于"单一"民族原则,始终有意避免将族裔问题"政治化",只是将科西嘉民族问题作为"文化问题"加以提出和对待。本文总结了法国政府处理科西嘉民族问题的经验和教训,对近年来国内学界关于民族问题"文化化"与"政治化"的争论具有参考价值。
[Abstract]:France, which has always proclaimed itself on the principle of "single and indivisible" nationality, in fact also has its own ethnic minorities, of which the Corsican people are now due to their special geography and history. Language and other reasons still failed to assimilate into the mainstream French society. However, successive French governments did not pay enough attention to the particularity of Corsica, which eventually led to the intensification of the Corsican ethnic problem. The French authorities were forced by the principle of "unitary" nationality, It is always intended to avoid "politicization" of ethnic issues, but only to put forward and treat the issue of Corsica as a "cultural issue." this paper summarizes the experience and lessons of the French government in dealing with the ethnic problems of Corsica. It has reference value to the debate of "culture" and "politicization" of ethnic problems in domestic academic circles in recent years.
