土耳其民族行动党的发展演变及其政治话语分析

【摘要】：土耳其民族行动党在土耳其政党政治发展史中占有重要地位。其发展演变大致经历了前史与成立时期、从边缘到中心时期、重建与分裂时期和调整与易变时期4个阶段。在意识形态方面,该党的政治话语是泛突厥主义、伊斯兰主义、民族主义等思潮的糅合体,一定程度上折射出土耳其民族主义话语的模糊性和不连贯性;就其在政治光谱中的位置来看,可归入极右翼政党家族,1997年后该党有向中间政党移动的趋势;在具体活动方面,上世纪七八十年代其青年组织理想之家曾开展暴力恐怖活动,还曾在海外建立支部,1987年重建后主要以合法形式参与土耳其选举政治,并多次获得议会席位和政府职位。然而,从历次选举结果看,民族行动党在土耳其选举政治中表现出高度易变性。
[Abstract]:The Turkish National Action Party occupies an important position in the history of political development of Turkish political parties. In terms of ideology, the party's political discourse is a mixture of pan-Turkism, Islamism, nationalism, etc. Partly reflecting the ambiguity and discontinuity of Turkish nationalist discourse; in terms of its position in the political spectrum, it can be attributed to the family of far-right political parties, which have a tendency to move to the centre since 1997; and in terms of specific activities, In 0th century, its ideal House of Youth organizations carried out violent terrorist activities and established branches overseas. After its reconstruction in 1987, it participated mainly in Turkish electoral politics in a legal manner, and has been granted parliamentary seats and government posts on numerous occasions. Judging from the results of previous elections, the National Action Party has shown a high degree of variability in Turkish election politics.
